Engagement
Following our consultation call, you’ll receive a summary of our conversation including insights that came up beyond the inquiring form as well as the invoice for our design services. If you feel we’re the right fit, you’ll pay the invoice online and we’ll schedule the design session.

Design
This is the fun part where we all get to go deep on your vision! Face-to-face (in person or videocall) we will ask from multiple angles to get as accurate a picture as possible of your goals, activities, style of travel, where you want to allocate financial resources, everything! Consider this the step where we identify all the building blocks from which we’ll craft your experience.

Approval
You’ll receive a draft of your itinerary to go over and see if it COMPLETELY aligns with your vision. Because of the design call, we should be right there within one or two revisions. Once it’s right, you simply approve it and we lock in all of the agreed upon components!
05.
Preparation
We agree upon a preparation schedule based on your departure date. We will provide pre-trip guidance, packing tips and destination insights as well as real-time information that may affect your trip. We handle it all!
06.
Travel
We and our in-destination partners are available throughout your journey! Just reach out and we’re there. Our travel app provides real-time updates so we can even add insights and adjustments on the fly.
07.
Repeat
*All of the above including expected time lines and the costs for engagement (these are specific to each trip and vary by complexity and travel date, etc.) will be discussed during the consultation call.
Upon your return home, we follow up with you to hear about your experience, get your firsthand feedback on important elements and discuss what you may want in your next trip! We learn more about each other with each interaction!

Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, I charge an Engagement Fee that covers my time spent planning and booking your trip as well as providing support before and during your travel. The Engagement Fee will vary depending on the complexity of your trip (trip length, number of destinations, etc)—once I learn more about what you’re looking for on our consultation call, I’ll share the exact fee with you!

The pricing for your bespoke travel experience varies based on your chosen destination and travel season. As a general guideline, my discerning clients typically invest a minimum of $500 per person per day for their journey, excluding airfare costs. This investment reflects our commitment to collaborating exclusively with 4 and 5-star properties and meticulously vetted service providers, ensuring an unparalleled elevated experience.
